Once upon a time you promised me a
faithful throne
I surrendered and you laughed at me
as I was a clown
First you showered me million
kisses through the bone
Then fiercely threw me to a stinky
garbage lounge
You tortured me, see I wasn’t weak,
I was born that strong
I stood up on my feet and sang an
independence love song
But look now who’s crying a loud on
the phone
Oh shame it’s you begging me to
welcome you home
No, I feel sorry cause I am glad
when you’re gone
I open my next chapter, I go ahead
and move along
Once upon a time on the
outskirt of town
Surrounded by tears it is you who
kneeling down
